What Do You See?

This fan of doors explores the portals we step through each time we walk in and out of a space, or travel in and out of a country. Adorned with Eastern European patterns, these doors have also been part of an immersive installation with folk song, fragrance and a publication exploring the role of women in creating pathways for a shared future. In light of political turmoil, these three doors create a space for reflection, reading, or simply being in-between and represents the invisible yet vividly tangible boundary between loved ones on opposing sides.
